Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to run continuous motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot equipment and perform changeovers as needed.

Join Coca‑Cola United as a Machine Operator – responsible for running continuous motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and troubleshoot multiple pieces of equipment efficiently.
  • Perform product and package changeovers independently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Carry out duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Compliance with Company PPE and safety policies.
  • Regular, punctual attendance.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Professional appearance in line with Company guidelines.

  • Education: Less than high school or equivalent combination of education and experience (3–6 months related training).
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or a flexible schedule.
  • Collaborative with functional team members.
  • Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Climb 10–12 ft ladder.
