The Opportunity

We’re hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Operator who will be trained specifically on our Rotary Die-Cutting equipment. Previous rotary die-cutting experience is a plus, but not required– we’ll train someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to learn a skilled trade.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM

2ndShift Differential: +$0.75/hour

Training & Pay Growth

• New to the trade? Receive hands‑on training on 1st shift (7 AM – 3 PM) for approximately 1–3 months before moving to 2nd shift.
• Our 3-step Operator Training Program rewards you as you learn and demonstrate skills independently.
• Earn wage increases along the way totaling up to +$1.50/hour.

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to learn and take pride in quality work
• Ability to read and use a standard ruler accurately
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodation)
