Job summary

Executive Connect Qatar seeks a skilled Machine Operator in Los Angeles to join a well-established manufacturing team. This full-time role requires operating and monitoring industrial machinery, with setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance as core duties.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of machine operation experience, the ability to read technical manuals and blueprints, and the stamina to work on their feet while handling heavy materials. English fluency is not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various machines to ensure efficient production
• Set up machines according to specifications and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Perform routine maintenance on machines such as lubricating cleaning and replacing parts
• Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
• Record production data and report any malfunctions or defects

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Excellent knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
