Job summary

Flight Systems Automotive Group L.L.C. is seeking a Machine Operator to run surface mount machines in the New Build Department in Lewisberry, PA. The role supports production by loading, operating, and monitoring SMT equipment, and by following precise work instructions.

The position runs Monday to Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm. The pay range is $18.75–$19.75 per hour, and candidates must be able to stand all day, lift up to 40 lbs, and contribute to process improvements.

The Machine Operator is primarily responsible for running surface mount machines in the New Build Department.

Shift: Monday to Thursday. 5:00am - 3:30pm

Pay 18.75 - 19.75/hr

Primary Duties

• Learn & follow detailed work instructions
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties that may be outside of assigned priorities listed below
• Load, Operate and monitor surface mount machines
• Perform basic trouble shooting of machines
• Complete documentation as needed
• Count finished goods and supplies as needed
• Participate in various improvement activities
