Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator to join a leading production team in Lancaster, TX! If you're a hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic and leadership experience, this is your opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Pay | $19.75/hr
Schedule | Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (occasional Saturday overtime)
You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient workflow. Key tasks include monitoring team performance, setting up Arpac machines, performing changeovers, clearing jams, and troubleshooting breakdowns. You'll also verify code dates, component counts, and ensure no excess materials remain on the floor. Cross-training and helping onboard new team members are also part of this dynamic role.
