The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing process. This role ensures that machines run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and safety protocols are followed. This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously. This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.
May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience to carry out the role.
