Method Associates, Inc. is seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. We specialize in thermoformed plastic packaging, primarily serving the medical device and healthcare industries.

Previous experience in thermoforming manufacturing is strongly preferred. Operate machinery, monitor performance, and follow production instructions to maintain quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous thermoforming manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable and flexible with scheduling, including Saturdays and other weekends as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance during production.
• Perform basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production concerns.
• Follow job specifications and production instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Assist with other production-related responsibilities as needed.
