Job Title: Production Operator - (Swing Shift)

Pay Rate: Direct Hire starting pay $23/hr (Swing Shift 3PM-11:30PM or 2PM-10:30PM 5 x 10s) $2-$3 pay bump after 90 days.

• We are hiring production operators for our client. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role operating heavy industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. Shift & schedule

• Swing shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Schedule: 5 days x 10-hour shifts
• Must be open to occasional overtime and extended hours when needed

• Available for swing shift and flexible on hours when needed
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Consistent 50-hour work weeks
