CoinWrap, Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Machine Operator to join a team that keeps America’s change moving. You’ll operate high-precision coin processing and wrapping machines, keep production running to meet daily quotas, and ensure every roll meets quality standards.

We offer steady hours, on-the-job training, and growth opportunities. Pay starts at $22.00 per hour with top performers earning more by exceeding the daily production quota.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to understand how machines work.
• Experience or interest in production, assembly, repair, or light maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive work.
• Basic math, reading, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Safety-first mindset and a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Load and monitor automated coin wrapping, sorting, and verification.
• Troubleshoot jams and minor equipment issues to keep operations flowing.
• Inspect, fold, and seal packaging for finished coin rolls.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and security.
• Document production activity and maintain supply levels (paper, boxes, glue, etc.).
• Clean, maintain, and safely operate equipment and workspace.
• Follow all safety, security, and production procedures.

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator at CoinWrap, you’ll take ownership of high-precision coin processing and wrapping machines. You’ll keep production running smoothly, meet daily quotas, and ensure every roll meets strict quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and monitoring automated machinery for coin wrapping, sorting, and verifying
• Troubleshooting jams and minor equipment issues to keep operations flowing
• Inspecting, folding, and sealing packaging for finished coin rolls
• Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and security
• Documenting production activity and maintaining supply levels (paper, boxes, glue, etc.)
• Cleaning, maintaining, and safely operating equipment and your workspace
• Following all safety, security, and production procedures

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required we’ll train the right person!
