Position Overview We are seeking a Machine Shop Operator to join our skilled production team. This role is responsible for operating and supporting a variety of CNC and manual machine shop equipment to produce precision aviation components in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards. The Machine Shop Operator will set up, operate, and maintain equipment such as CNC mills and lathes, as well as manual machines including grinders and drill presses. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet required tolerances. The ideal candidate demonstrates a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement while working effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
