Job Summary

Operate under the supervision of the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager, following standard policies and procedures. Refer issues to supervisors as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently.
2. Inspect product quality and adjust settings accordingly.
3. Detect, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions and quality issues.
4. Maintain accurate production records and reports.
5. Update communication boards and participate in shift debriefs.
6. Inspect and prepare molds.
7. Perform machine clean-up, setup, and other related tasks.
8. Perform duties as assigned by supervisors and managers.
9. Cross-train on other production aspects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with similar equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand safety and operational documents.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in various conditions.
• Wearing required PPE, including safety boots (own boots required initially).

Compensation

$20-$22 per hour
