Job summary

Equiliem is seeking dependable Machine Operators for our plastics processing and recycling operation in New Jersey. The role focuses on safely running production equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting material flow through the manufacturing process.

The team will operate granulators, extruders, grinders, balers, augers, and hoggers while maintaining quality and safety standards. Training provided with long-term opportunity and potential for permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, plastics processing, or recycling experience preferred.
• Experience with granulators and extruders is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to safety.

Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our plastics processing and recycling operation. Operators are responsible for safely running production equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting the flow of materials through the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as granulators, extruders, grinders, balers, augers, and hoggers.
• Sort and process plastic materials according to production requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, plastics processing, or recycling experience preferred.
• Experience with granulators and extruders is a strong plus.

PPE Required

Safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots, and additional eye protection as required.
