ND Fairmont, a division of ND Paper, seeks a skilled Equipment Operator to oversee sheeter operations in our converting facility. You will load jumbo rolls, adjust machine parameters, perform knife changes, and assist with daily maintenance to ensure quality output.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and the ability to work a 12-hour swing shift (4 days on, 4 days off). Prior experience with sheeter equipment is preferred.

Competenze

• Previous experience operating sheeter machinery or similar converting equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret production work orders and machine settings.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus.

Job Summary: ND Fairmont is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Operator to oversee sheeter operations within our converting facility. This role is responsible for loading jumbo rolls, adjusting operational parameters, performing knife changes, conducting daily maintenance, and managing spare parts inventory to ensure smooth and efficient production. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.This position is a swing shift - 12-hour shifts – 4 days on 4 days off.

Responsibilities:
