AT&T in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Machine Operator to install and maintain buried service wires and related infrastructure. You will operate trenching and excavation equipment, locate buried facilities, and perform repairs while adhering to safety standards.
The role requires manual digging, outdoor work in all weather, and the ability to lift up to 120 pounds. Responsibilities include wiring installations, equipment upkeep, and coordinating with customers and utilities.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll work independently in the field placing buried service wire using a manually controlled gasoline or diesel-powered tractor/trencher, plow, boring machine, or other manual tools.You’ll coordinate work activities with customers, local utilities, and government agencies, providing installation, repairs, maintenance as well as reconnection of fiber and copper services all while following safety practices and delivering the highest levels of service.
Our Machine Operators earn between $442 – $1,094 weekly. With our amazing salary opportunities, our average starting salary begins at $51,064.00 per year.
