Role Description

This full-time Machine Operator role is an on-site position based in Delaware, OH. The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring converting and related machinery to meet production schedules and quality standards. Daily tasks include loading materials, performing routine equipment checks, adjusting machine settings, and using hand tools for minor adjustments or changeovers. The role also involves inspecting finished products for defects, documenting production data, and communicating with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and maintain a safe, organized work area. The Machine Operator is expected to follow all safety and quality procedures and collaborate with coworkers to support efficient, continuous operations.
