Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Compton, CA
Pay Range: $20.47
Shift: 6 pm - 6 am
What's the Job?
Perform work under direct supervision to operate manufacturing machines efficiently and safely
Handle basic issues and problems, referring complex issues to higher‑level staff
Test and inspect machines to ensure safe and efficient operation
Perform routine machine calibrations and setup based on procedures or management instructions
Read job tickets to determine proper materials and setup, and load/unload materials accordingly

Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
