Job summary

Pretium Packaging - USA in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate plastic molding machines, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance to ensure quality.

This full-time, direct-hire role offers a competitive hourly pay of $19–$20, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on safety, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience on plastic molding machines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines according to procedures.
• Monitor equipment and perform adjustments to maintain quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Inspect finished products for defects and reject non-conforming items.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with material inventory and notify supervisor when stock is low.

As a Machine Operator you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machines, monitoring their performance, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
