Novolex in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Machine Operator I for the night shift (6:00 pm–6:15 am, 2-2-3 schedule). The role blends packing and operating duties, focusing on keeping production pace, labeling boxes, and moving finished goods on the line.

You’ll work on thermoforming and extrusion processes, with pre-employment background check and drug screen, and overtime as required. Eligibility to work in the United States is required, with safety and continuous learning emphasized.

Job Description

Machine Operator I - Chattenooga, TN

Compenasation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour - paid weekly (Based on Experience)

Available Shift: Nights - 6:00pm to 6:15am 2-2-3 Schedule
