Job Description Kelly Professional & Industrial has an exciting opportunity to work in the medical device industry! Look no further than our open positions for Machine Operators in Cary, IL. Our client is a premier manufacturer of easy-to-use, disposable products that are utilized by doctors and nurses to prevent healthcare-acquired illnesses.

Pay & Shift:

1. 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm or 3pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday, $22.45 per hour
2. 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am or 11pm to 7am, Sunday - Thursday, $23.45 per hour

Position Details:

• Packing components into pouches or boxes on a light assembly machine
• Performing minor process adjustments to machines (e.g., clearing jams)
• Operating assembly lines with a team of 2-5 people
• Pushing, pulling, squatting, and lifting up to 45 lbs. intermittently
• Standing or walking for the entire shift
• Practicing cleanliness and working safely within manufacturing standards

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, kneel, walk, bend, sit, lift, push, and pull up to 45 pounds throughout the shift
• Willingness to follow cleanroom gowning procedures
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts
• Strong hand/eye coordination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English related to work
