Job summary

ManpowerGroup client in Ames, IA is seeking a Production Operator to join the manufacturing team as an Operator II, supporting QA and production efficiency.

You will gather materials, set up equipment, ensure product quality, and participate in team problem-solving while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications include a High School diploma/GED and at least six months of production and mechanical experience, plus good communication and data-entry skills.

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Operator II to join their team. As an Operator II, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Ames, IA

Pay Range:

$20.00 hour for 1st shift Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30 PM

$22.00 hour for 2nd shift 3:00pm-1:45am

Fridays are OT
