Job Description

Nylok LLC, part of Marmon Holdings backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking experienced Machine Operators to assemble mechanical units or fabricated parts to produce sub-assemblies or complete products. Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, operating equipment such as jigs, dies, fixtures, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill presses. The role involves fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts to meet specifications, monitoring quality, reading simple blueprints, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting minor machine issues. Candidates typically have 3-5 years of relevant experience and may hold titles such as Press Operator, Machine Operator, or Maker/Packer.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $14.40 - $21.60 per hour
