• Inspect yarn for quality concerns, including strength and texture.

We are seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Machine Operator.This position is responsible for operating and servicing production equipment, supplying yarn to machines, monitoring product quality, removing finished packages, and maintaining efficient machine performance. Primary Responsibilities

• Load and creel yarn packages onto machines to support production requirements.
• Thread machine spindles and prepare equipment for operation and restart.
• Remove empty tubes and replace them with full supply packages.
• Doff full and partial take-up packages and prepare finished product for storage or shipment.
• Monitor machines for yarn breaks, package runouts, and other operating issues, making adjustments as needed.
• Inspect yarn for quality concerns, including strength, texture, and other defects.
• Prepare specialty spools for production processes and perform backwinding as required.
• Clean and maintain machines, including spindles, rings, pans, and air chambers.
• Record production information and maintain accurate production logs.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
