Erias Ventures in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Sr. Software Engineer focused on ML/ETL and transformer models to design and implement data flows for ML capabilities. This role requires deep experience with modern ML libraries and production-grade pipelines.

The candidate will develop and deploy ML/AI models, work with PyTorch, and ensure robust ETL processes and data lake architectures within a security-conscious environment. Eligibility for top clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Twenty years of SWE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Four additional years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer with a System Engineer background to support the development of complex data flows for machine learning capabilities.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Twenty (20) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four additional (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
