Job summary

Synthires is seeking an experienced ML Engineer for a remote, part-time contractor role. The assignment focuses on model development, training and inference systems, with emphasis on Python, reproducible workflows, and coding agents.

You will implement, validate and optimize ML pipelines, tackle performance and memory challenges, and deliver tasks on a flexible 15-hour weekly schedule, with immediate onboarding.
