Job summary

Kensho, a hub for AI innovation and a part of S&P Global, is seeking ML Engineer interns to join the GenAI platform team in Cambridge, MA. You will work on cutting-edge ML models, LLM-powered applications, and tools like Kensho Extract, gaining hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle.

You will collaborate with ML Engineers, PMs, Designers, and Full-Stack Engineers in a supportive,startup-like environment, with opportunities to attend discussions and company events.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher with relevant classwork or internships in ML.
• Experience designing and iterating on agentic systems and evaluating agent performance.
• Strong programming and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solve challenges in agentic design and LLM orchestration, including context engineering and memory management.
• Lead a project to prototype, build, and test ML models and pipeline components.
• Gain hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle from problem framing to deployment support.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and Full-Stack Engineers and receive mentorship.
