You will advance real-time, large-scale ML systems for advertising applications and improve attribution, delivery quality, and ecosystem sustainability.

The role requires strong CS fundamentals, deep learning expertise, and prior ML project leadership, with hands-on experience in frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical disciplines.
• 3+ years building and training complex scalable ML systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals and problem solving.
• Strong coding skills with ML algorithms, especially deep learning and ranking models.
• Experience leading or driving ML projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize bidding algorithms and strategies across Pangle's ad delivery systems.
• Improve performance of large-scale online-learning-based deep models for real-time advertising.
• Enhance attribution accuracy, delivery quality, and ecosystem sustainability; drive innovative commercialization tech.
• Design, build, and iterate core ad prediction models such as CTR and CVR.
