Recruitment Room - Global is seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to AI training projects, model development, training pipelines, and inference systems. This is a highly technical, coding-intensive role.

You will build and debug implementations, optimize performance, and verify results against specifications. The position is fully remote with flexible hours and a workload around 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in CS, ML, AI, applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Strong professional or research experience in machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and coding agents.
• Ability to independently develop, debug, and validate complex code-based solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to technical correctness.
• Nice-to-have: experience at a tech company or AI lab; open-source contributions.

The role is approximately 15 hours per week and pays per accepted task.
