Reddit is hiring Senior and Staff Machine Learning Engineers for the Answers Relevance team. You will lead ML projects across recommendations, search, and AI systems, partnering with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to bring ideas into production at scale.

You’ll apply deep learning, retrieval, and LLM techniques, mentor engineers, and shape roadmaps while delivering measurable product impact. This remote US role includes equity and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of experience building, deploying, and operating ML systems in production.
• Broad knowledge of ML fundamentals and production experience; no need for expert-level modeling depth.

What You’ll Work On You’ll lead ML projects from idea to production, partnering with Product, Data Science, and Engineering across recommendations, search, messaging, and AI systems.
