Job summary

Allied Resources is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered products and intelligent automation solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will build AI agent workflows, leverage LLMs, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of production ML experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and deploying ML solutions in production environments.
  • Proven experience building and shipping AI or ML-powered products.
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with modern ML frameworks.
  • Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agent orchestration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of ML lifecycle management, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Experience in medium-to-large SaaS or technology-focused organizations.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to help build and scale the next generation of AI-powered products and intelligent workflow automation solutions. This role will focus on designing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning systems and AI agent workflows that directly impact customer-facing products and business operations.

The ideal candidate has experience taking AI/ML products from concept to production, working within medium-to-large organizations, and leveraging modern AI technologies to drive measurable business outcomes. This is an opportunity to join a highly innovative team focused on transforming traditional software workflows through the use of AI agents, machine learning, and intelligent automation.

Key Highlights:
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI agent workflows and machine learning systems used in production environments.

  • 3+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
  • Proven experience building and shipping AI or machine learning-powered products.
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience working with modern machine learning frameworks.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agent orchestration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle management, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Experience working within medium-to-large software, SaaS, or technology-focused organizations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and deliver business value through AI-driven solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree from a highly ranked university or recognized technical program.
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflow automation systems.
  • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or product-focused technology companies.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing AI applications at scale.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: Up to $160,000
  • Annual Performance Bonus: 10%
