Hiring: Senior Machine Learning Engineer - LLMs & Agentic AI - $175K - $300K Salary

We’re working with an exciting AI company building the next generation of intelligent, agentic AI systems, and we’re looking for a strong Machine Learning Engineer to join the team.

This is a highly technical role for someone who wants to work directly on LLMs, model post-training, evaluation and agentic systems - with the opportunity to have a significant impact on how these models perform in real-world applications.

What you’ll be working on

• Developing and improving large language models and AI systems
• Model post-training, fine-tuning and evaluation
• Building robust evaluation frameworks and methodologies
• Working on agentic AI systems and improving their reliability and capabilities
• Designing data and training pipelines to improve model performance
• Experimenting with new approaches to model behaviour, reasoning and performance
• Collaborating closely with research and engineering teams to take ideas from experimentation into production

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs / foundation models
• Experience with model training, fine-tuning or post-training
• Strong understanding of model evaluation and experimentation
• Experience building or working with AI agents / agentic systems is highly desirable
• Excellent Python skills
• Strong software engineering and systems fundamentals
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, highly technical environment
