Job summary

Joy and Grace LLC in California seeks a Machine Learning Architect to drive the architecture for autonomous fulfillment solutions, defining scalable ML designs and advancing our product suite.

You will lead ML model pipelines, collaborate with software, robotics, product, and operations teams, and stay at the forefront of ML research to apply new techniques to our fulfillment challenges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in academia or industry.
• MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Deep expertise in machine learning and deep learning.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production ML models.
• Experience with the full ML pipeline (data collection, model training, MLOps, deployment).
• Experience with Generative-AI and LLMs.
• Experience with cloud platforms and their ML services (e.g. Vertex AI).
