Coilcraft is seeking a Machine Builder to join our Cary, Illinois headquarters team. You will help create automated assembly equipment that powers our world-class magnetic components and bring engineering concepts to life through hands-on fabrication and assembly.

The role emphasizes mechanical problem-solving, precise alignments, and collaboration with engineering to plan next-generation machinery, contributing to a 75+ year legacy of innovation and manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building automatic assembly equipment.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong math skills and ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with basic machine shop tools.
• Associate's degree, specialized education, or vo-tech training in a mechanical field (preferred).
