Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is hiring a Machine Assistant-Production Associate at our Weyauwega, WI plant. This full-time entry-level role supports machine operators, helps fill orders, and ensures safety and quality across the production line.

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts from 5am to 5pm or 5pm to 5am, earn $21.84 per hour, and receive a comprehensive benefits package with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read a ruler/tape measure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• While performing the duties, regularly stand/walk and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Creative approach and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Pay: $21.84/hour

12 Hr. Rotating Shift: 5am-5pm, 5pm-5am

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Machine Assistant-Production Associate, you will be responsible for helping to fill customer orders, assisting Machine Operators in operating equipment to create finished goods, packaging products, and upholding our safety standards.

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Assist Machine Operators to keep lines running to specification.
• Build spools for finished product to be produced on.
• Maintain spool supermarket.
• Deliver parts to machines.
• Accurately label rolls.
• Perform quality testing and ensure product is within customer specifications.
• Use assisted lifting device when necessary to load rolls onto a skid.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, operating, and maintenance instructions.
• Assist with 5s activities.

Requirements

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A creative approach and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read a ruler/tape measure.
• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; climb steps up 3 levels high, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
• A strong desire, dedication, and determination to succeed, by continually improving skills through on-the-job training and various offered educational opportunities.
