Job summary

Progressive Systems Inc. is seeking a Machine Assembly Electrician to join our team. You will build custom industrial machinery designed by our engineering team and support customers worldwide. Strong reading of electrical schematics and accurate assembly are essential.

In this role you will install electrical components under the direction of a Lead Electrician, with travel to customer locations for installation or service. In-person schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must provide basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Wire and install electrical components on industrial machinery.
• Thread, route, and bend electrical conduit.
• Lay out, mount, and wire electrical panel components as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform occasional soldering.
• Use hand and power tools, multimeters, and other troubleshooting equipment.
• Perform drilling and tapping for machine assembly.
• Follow all lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, quality standards, and established safety practices.
• Travel to customer locations for machinery installation and service.

Progressive Systems Inc. has an opening for a Machine Assembly Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside skilled team members to build custom industrial machinery designed by our engineering team for customers around the world.

The ideal candidate can read and interpret electrical schematics, apply electrical knowledge to machine assembly, and install electrical components under the direction of a Lead Electrician. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with management, engineering, and fellow team members are essential.

Pay: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

In-Person, Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
