Job summary

Krones Inc. is seeking a MACHINE ASSEMBLER to join our US manufacturing team. You will use hand tools and power tools to assemble labeling machines, set up stations, troubleshoot, and test components to ensure high quality.

The role requires reading assembly drawings, measuring with precision, and working with drills, grinders, and presses. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is needed.

Qualifications

• High school education required; technical schooling preferred.
• Working knowledge of precision assembly techniques and basic mechanical principles.
• Reading assembly drawings and metric measurements essential.
• Electrical experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, set up, troubleshoot and operate labeling machines and stations.
• Teardown, clean, polish, reassemble and test filling valves.
• Sub assemble components such as cold glue, hot melt and APS labeling stations.
• Assemble drive shafts, bearings, gear and gearbox assemblies.
• Operate drilling, sawing and grinding equipment as needed.
• Overtime to meet production schedule; lift up to 50 lbs; stand most of the day.
