Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a MAC Program Technician in Irving, TX to perform assigned MAC program duties based on contractual requirements. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient operation of cleaning and maintenance tasks.

You will follow procedures, operate and maintain equipment, and work with a shift that runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A focus on customer satisfaction and professional conduct is essential.

Qualifications

• No education requirement; 6 mo–1 year experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals; willingness to share with team.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned MAC Program duties per contract.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work with team to complete assignments.
• Operate and maintain all equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean work area and present a professional appearance.
• Read and implement blueprint/floor plan directions.

Job Description: Compensation: $27.00-$28.00 per hour Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Job Overview

Performs assigned MAC Program functions based on contractual duties.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortages, such as in custodial, recycle, or maintenance.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment that is required for assigned tasks.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understands customer service and satisfaction.
• Understands reporting systems, and of the environment.
• Operates motorized equipment.
• Maintains daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Reads and implements blueprint and floor plan directions.
• Performs office activities for MAC program.
• Stages items for daily operations and large projects.
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner.
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Use and maintain equipment properly.
• Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely.
• Observe safety precautions at all times, uses safety signs “wet floor”.
• Ability to work without normal supervision.
• Reports safety hazards as appropriate.

Education and/ or Experience

No education requirement 6 mo-1 year experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
