Job summary

Music & Arts in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a motivated sales associate to help achieve personal sales goals while delivering superior customer service. You will promote the lesson program, network with teachers and schools, and contribute to all store operations including merchandising and displays.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of relevant retail experience, and knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

• Participate in all areas of store's operation including merchandising, displays, and maintenance
• Maintain store security including: perimeter door keys, register keys and personal alarm code
• Additional duties as assigned.

The purpose of this job is to consistently achieve individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, provide superior customer service, and take on other senior-level responsibilities within a store.

Hourly Rate: $15.40
