Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center seeks an Unlicensed MA Therapist to provide therapeutic services under supervision. You will conduct assessments and deliver individual and group therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team in Florida.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, maintaining confidential records, and educating clients and families about coping strategies while supporting overall well-being and adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical mental health experience.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with licensed therapists and other healthcare professionals to implement treatment strategies.

Job Purpose:The MA Therapist (Unlicensed) at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients under the supervision of a licensed professional. The role involves assisting clients in managing and overcoming mental and emotional issues, promoting mental health, and supporting overall well-being.
