Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver core Medical Assistant curriculum across classroom and lab instruction
• Lead hands-on clinical skills labs, ensuring real practice time and real feedback
• Coordinate with Phlebotomy, EKG/Cardiography, and Medical Billing & Coding instructors so MA curriculum builds coherently across concentrations
• Track and support student mastery toward the program's 80% competency benchmark
• Help maintain program quality in line with IBHE application and future accreditation standards
