Job summary
Cambia Health is seeking an experienced M365 Administrator – Unified Communications to manage Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online, while driving automation and ensuring service stability. This hybrid role requires 3 days in office at multiple regional sites and relocation flexibility for commutable distances.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Microsoft 365 admin roles, strong scripting skills, and experience with migrations and multi-tenant configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or at least 5 years of related experience in Microsoft 365 administration and unified communications.
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting to automate administration, reporting, and tasks.
- Familiarity with tenant-to-tenant migrations and MTO configurations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online including mail flow, permissions, policies, and user troubleshooting.
- Monitor systems, analyze usage reports, and take proactive actions for stability and availability.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and migration tasks.
- Participate in tenant-to-tenant migrations and support across workloads.
- Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation.
