Job summary

DLH Corporation is seeking an experienced M365 Security and Compliance Analyst to secure and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment for large federal deployments. The role focuses on compliance, security posture, and guidance to the ISSO team, with cross-functional collaboration across IT teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of M365 security experience, familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP considerations, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or Cybersecurity.
5+ years managing and securing the Microsoft 365 cloud tenant.
Experience with Security Impact Analyses and AoAs for third-party apps.
Experience with governance and best practices for cloud security.
Experience with Federal guidelines and control frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-53).
Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, CISSP.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze security threats within the Microsoft 365 environment to maintain and enhance compliance and security posture.
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
Handle complex issues related to securing and monitoring the M365 cloud tenant.
Provide technical guidance and support to the ISSO team and M365 community.
Coordinate with other IT teams to integrate and authorize new cloud enterprise software requests.
Ensure cross-training and knowledge sharing within the team.
