Job summary

Asia Select, Inc. is seeking an experienced M365 Platform Manager to oversee collaboration, messaging, endpoint management and compliance services, ensuring a secure, reliable digital workplace. You will work with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to align with business objectives.

The role requires strong Microsoft 365 administration skills, 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience, and 3+ years in leadership, supporting environments with 5,000+ users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of enterprise Microsoft infrastructure experience.
• 4+ years managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with 5,000+ users.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong understanding of ITIL service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Administration and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Develop and execute the Microsoft 365 roadmap, lifecycle management, and service improvement initiatives.
• Manage platform performance, availability, licensing, and capacity planning.
• Partner with security teams to implement Defender, Purview, DLP, retention policies, and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with IAM teams to support Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
• Establish governance standards for collaboration, document management, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate.
• Incident, change, and problem management activities while ensuring SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Intune.
• Develop and execute the Microsoft 365 roadmap, lifecycle management, and service improvement initiatives as needed.
• Manage platform performance, availability, licensing, and capacity planning.
• Partner with security teams to implement Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention policies, and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams to support Microsoft Entra ID, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Establish governance standards for collaboration, document management, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate.
• Incident, change, and problem management activities while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Required Qualifications
