Semper Valens Solutions seeks a Sr Test Engineer to support command and control system testing at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires extensive test engineering experience, system engineering skills, and the ability to design, execute and report on complex tests for DoD programs.

The position involves government test planning in line with Army regulations, data analysis to support decisions, and radar system operations and maintenance.

Qualificações

• Experience in testing across weapon system life cycle disciplines (test, quality, production, reliability, product assurance).
• Ability to develop and review test plans and procedures using statistical design methods and test reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Government-coordinated test plans per Army regulations and analyze results.
• Ensure data collected from tests supports engineering, developmental, operational and acceptance requirements.
• Perform radar system operations and maintenance as part of test events.
• Participate in test events at multiple locations, including YPG, AZ and others as needed.

Job Description And Responsibilities

• Experience supporting the system engineering process associated with materiel development in all phases of the weapon system life cycle across the following disciplines: test, quality, production, reliability, and product assurance.
• Experience developing and reviewing of test plans and procedures using statistically design test methods, test planning, test execution, test oversight, and test reporting to support technical recommendations for future decisions as requested.
• Experience preparing of Government-coordinated test plans IAW appropriate Army regulations and analysis/evaluation of test results.
• Experience ensuring data collected from tests is adequate to support engineering, developmental, operational and acceptance test requirements.
• Ability to perform radar system operations and maintenance.
• Participate in Test events typically conducted at YPG, AZ, with potential for additional testing in other geographical locations such as the White Sands Missiles Range, NM; Aberdeen Test Center, MD; Fort Huachuca, AZ; and Syracuse, NY.

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten (10) years of Test Engineering experience is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
