Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking an M&E Asset Management Consultant to survey mechanical and electrical building services and assess condition across diverse client sites.

You will capture data, evaluate compliance and develop actionable recommendations to inform maintenance and lifecycle decisions. You will work with engineering, facilities management and client teams, leveraging digital survey tools, asset management platforms and Power BI to improve asset information and support project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with M&E building services and asset management.
• Proficient in digital survey tools and asset databases.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Willing to undertake DBS and Security Check screening if required; valid driving licence.

• Inspect HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and lifts systems at client sites.
• Capture asset data, assess condition and compliance information.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations for maintenance and lifecycle planning.
