Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of investment banking experience.
• Current Vice President or senior Associate ready to step into a VP role.
• Strong M&A execution background, including experience on public company transactions.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and transaction management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and mentor junior team members.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex M&A transactions from inception through closing.
• Manage analysts and associates while overseeing financial analyses, valuation work, and client presentations.
• Serve as a key point of contact with clients, legal counsel, and other transaction stakeholders.
• Execute both public and private buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments.
• Work closely with senior bankers on strategic client engagements and business development initiatives.
