Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic and financial M&A deals, venture capital financings, and joint ventures.
• Participate in debt offerings and other complex commercial transactions.
• Provide outside general counsel services, including corporate governance and contracting.
• Engage directly with clients on day-to-day legal matters.
