Job summary

Lincoln International is looking for an Associate to join their Transaction Opinions & Board Advisory team in Atlanta. This role focuses on delivering transaction opinions and advisory services across M&A, restructuring, and other areas for a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a degree in Finance or related fields, and preferably have 3-5 years of experience in the financial sector. Competitive salary package ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 per year is offered.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of professional experience in financial services like investment banking or valuations.
• Advanced understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, etc.).
• Active CPA and/or minimum of CFA Level I preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, complete, and review financial models and analyses for fairness and solvency opinions.
• Take ownership of board-level presentations and reports.
• Coordinate engagement execution and oversight of analysts.
