Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Model financial transactions for valuation, structuring, and negotiation.
• Prepare detailed memoranda and presentations on key client attributes.
• Assist in tax aspects of acquisition and merger agreements.
• Identify and analyze tax risks and opportunities.
• Due diligence for buy and sell transactions.
• Communication with business owners for exceptional client service.
