Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Intended major in Risk Management, Insurance, Business or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Experience with data handling and document management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process M&A submissions and enter information into systems and spreadsheets.
• Monitor submissions inbox and organize documentation.
• Download, extract, organize, and upload files from data rooms.
• Maintain electronic records, including quotes, declinations, and related correspondence.
• Track submission information and maintain accurate spreadsheets.
• Follow procedures for handling large files and bulk downloads.
• Provide administrative and data-entry support to the team.
