TMHCC’s M&A Analyst Summer Intern role is a 10-week program in our New York City office, collaborating with the underwriting team to evaluate business risk across industries and gain exposure to the transactional insurance lifecycle.

You will shadow senior TRI Americas team members, participate in deal flow activities, and attend events to develop communication, prioritization, and relationship-management skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualificações

• Our ideal candidate is an undergraduate student in finance, accounting, business, economics or pre-law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with discretion and diplomacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Spring 2028 graduation strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Initial review and analysis of M&A transaction submissions, including reviewing financial statements and purchase agreements.
• Assess M&A transaction risks and prepare preliminary terms for RWI policy indications.
• Assist Underwriters in managing deal pipeline and coordinating due diligence with outside counsel and accountants.
• Attend marketing events, business development events, and group strategy sessions.
